These deep explorations and true meetings with Ananta start with the invitation to free up the body and let go through freestyle dance to some fantastic tunes, creating space for the openness of bliss.

Ananta will then guide a 'Deep Dropping' into the depth of Being where all separation falls away. Through direct pointing she invites you deeper and deeper into the core of Who You Are and merging as One as the Source of Life.

From Here, Ananta transmits a message of truth through talks and invites interaction, exploration and Q & A.

These meetings are held in silence between sessions.
