This retreat is held in a beautiful private villa in the Algarve, Quinta dos salicos is very close to the beautiful fishing village Carvoeiro known for it's stunning cliffs above exquisite beaches.

The nearest airport is Faro being 45 mins drive from Carvoeiro.

It is highly recommended to attend the whole retreat to gain full benefit.

In the first place we Awaken from the dream of separateness.

Realising that the Essence of Who or what we actually Are as life itSelf as One Consciousness, one Source running through all things.

We are the creator of our very existence and our experience.

Not the ego-self.

The very intelligence that births itSelf into Existence is our True Nature through and through...

The human condition of misidentification with a separate self is the root cause of suffering.

We must end the suffering of false identification to be truly Free.

Awakening cannot be done, and is not an achievement for a sense of self...

It is the seeing through all of that trying to become somebody and directly recognising One Self as existence or universal intelligence.

Integration happens through walking your talk, life takes us through great challenge and may break us down to reveal the innocence of Being nobody in particular before we can truly begin walking as a Free Being fully in every bit of Human life. As a pure conscious Presence as well as a messy human form.

True Self recognition is the beginning of true Awakening but it's not the end. There really is no ending, this is a free fall into ever deepening realisation.

Ananta always includes talks on the body-mind integration, this includes how we live our daily life, take care of our bodies and nervous system as well as opur relationships.

In this retreat we will dive deep together directly into our true beingness, merging in silence and depth.

What we find in these groups that one person can be moving one aspect of our consciousness and it is felt by everyone in the room, deeply knowing it within their own life, we see that there is only one pain, one Love, One Truth!

From this depth we invite all that can appear in our Human experience to be explored intimately within a group, yet as One Awareness being the space for all to be met in Truth and in Loving Presence.

Everybody carries past trauma, sometimes this is not yet integrated and can prevent the embodiment of Self Realisation into our daily life. Old patterning can appear again and again even if we have True Self recognition.

This retreat is a space in which all is welcomed to come Home in truth and to return to pure Love and connection.

There are just 2 rooms that can be rented for the duration of the retreat. One ensuite twin room,for sharing £45 per person per night. One double ensuite room with enough space for a yoga mat etc. £85 per night.

This means you will have no travel costs to the villa each day.
