What we tend to call 'I' refers to an identification with a name and story, a sense of separate self that exists as a world all by itself.

The first time I ever experienced a 'disolving' of a separate identity or melting away of all seeming boundaries and a merging with all that is...

I had an experience of total Freedom, pure love and uncaused happiness and Joy.

I knew this was a doorway to the greatest mystery that has never stopped revealing itself.

I knew intrinsically life could never be the same again…

I was 18 years old.

Without deliberate intention I went on a search to find what that really was as I knew I could not settle for less...

I wanted to know what caused that, and I wanted more of it!

This led me to what was called a 'Spiritual search' and to finding out that this was not dependant on any experience as such...

The revelations that followed and clarified these type of 'spiritual' experiences are the basis of what allows me to work in the way that I do….

It’s totally tantric in the deepest sense. As One life living through many expressions.

Consciousness birthing itSelf through all forms of experience.

This is already waiting to be realised in the depth of every Being.

And can be found through the doorway and realised in the depth of pain.

All my retreats rest on this foundation and are infused with orgasmic bliss, yet this can also feel like tension and breakthrough...

It’s not the kind of non-duality inquiries that remain in the head as an intelectual understanding. I

t's the actual direct experience of Oneness.

This retreat is both online and in person. The in person retreat is non-residential and will happen in a beautiful private residence in England.

Everybody carries past trauma, sometimes this is not yet integrated and can prevent the embodiment of Self Realisation into our daily life. Old patterning can appear again and again even if we have True Self recognition.
